South Africa 2013
This year's trip was purchased in February, during a KLM sale, so the tickets for each adult were "only" £600 each, child £570 and lap infant £35. I won't go into too much detail as this route is well covered, not least by me!

My aunt had knitted jumpers for the children, so we picked brightly coloured ones, to help keep them visible. However, we didn't realise that orange is the Dutch national colour, and we were travelling just a couple of days after the King's coronation!

This was a daytime flight, so we had to make sure we had sufficient entertainments for the children.

On arrival at JNB we noticed a crowd of people waiting to greet the Orlando Pirates who were returning after winning an African Champions' League match.

Very nice TR especially the "snake on a plane " thing
I've tried to send you a PM or email via Airliners.net, so tell me if you got it or not.
